Classes meet Friday starting 2/3 from 6:30p-8:30p for (4) weeks
Open to all ages 16 and older
Dress in gym clothes, clean shoes and bring water.
You will be training, having time for discussions, and experience a new found confidence knowing Krav Maga!
(4) 2 hr Women's Krav Maga Self Defense classes with Mallory.
